Most people agree that the 55 Fleming Pilot House Motor Yacht is one of the most beautiful and sought after vessels in her size range.  BRIGHTWATER is owned by a very decerning couple and has enjoyed the best in professional maintenance throughout her life, which is immediately apparent upon boarding.  She is powered by twin Caterpilar 435 HP (925 hrs. SIFO) engines.  Cruising is 10 kts. @ 1650 RPM.  Her Aquadrives and lead-backed sound insulation help keep her quiet and vibration free.  Accommodations for owners and guests are down and forward of the Pilot House.  The Master, fully forward, has a center queen and en suite head.  Moving aft to port, the VIP stateroom has a custom layout not often seen, with a large lower double, and a slide-out full berth above, greatly enhancing alternative sleeping arrangements.  Her third stateroom to starboard aft of the guest head doubles as a convenient, and well-thought-out, custom office with a large desk, and a full berth above.  Both heads have top-end Head Hunter toilets.  The laundry is readily accessible, opening through sliding doors to the main companionway, and features full-sized, stacked washer and 220VAC dryer.  On deck, the raised Pilot House has excellent visibility, port and starboard access doors, a custom Stidd pilot's chair, plenty of room at a comfortable dining settee, and requires only four steps up to the Fly Bridge and Boat Deck.  Some of the major equipment includes:  Naiad Stabilizers, two Northern Lights Generators, a Bow Thruster, a 1200 GPD Watermaker, and Satellite telephone and TV.  Continuing aft from the Pilothouse and down two steps is the Galley/Salon.  Both areas are very attractive with stunning teak joinery throughout.  The Salon upholstery is done in dark green ultra suede.  The Galley is located forward to port open to the Salon, and has excellent equipment and Corian countertops.  Moving aft through double slliding doors is a generous cockpit with a 3rd aft station equipped with Hynotic engine controls, bowthruster and autopilot for steering capabilities.  BRIGHTWATER is in great condition and is a wonderful family boat that is safe, well-equipped, beautiful to look at and ready for cruising.  She is lying in fresh water in Alva, FL.
